[002] Central release devices are known for a hydraulic clutch drive, in particular for double clutch gear, in which the cylinder housing is made of a synthetic material. A cylinder wall of the cylinder housing borders a radially outwardly annular shaped pressure chamber in which an annular piston is received displaceable and can be effectively connected with the clutch. In this case, the cylinder housing is formed of two cylinder walls arranged concentric to each other, the inner cylinder wall forming the boundary of the pressure chamber and is designated as the guide sleeve.
[003] In slave cylinder operating states, particularly in the force limit area, and beyond it, it may occur that the release bearing preferentially loses the partner clutch disc spring for force transmission. In this case, it must be ensured that the release unit cannot come out through the maximum extension indicated, which is guaranteed by a stop anchored in the cylinder housing. If this cannot be guaranteed, the slave cylinder itself destroys itself and causes consequential damage. In addition to the high forces that arise in the slave cylinder during operation of the clutch drive system, a temperature load can occur.
[004] It is known as transport stop for a slave cylinder of the clutch drive device to use a plate ring. The shank of this plate ring is embroidered in a rear cut in the cylinder housing. A plate ring of this type functions only as a transport safety, and is designed for loads, which arise during transport from the manufacturer of the clutch actuating device to the receiver, and prevent a slave cylinder from being dismantled during transport.
[005] Therefore, it is the problem of the invention to indicate a cylinder and piston arrangement, which can be manufactured in a simple and economical way, which presents an abutment for the piston, which supports both the pressures that arise in the operation of the device. clutch actuation as well as temperature loads.
[006] According to the invention the problem is solved by the fact that in the guide sleeve a stop is arranged, facing the disengagement bearing, and the abutment is performed as a thread connection. As a result, there is a stop, which under operating conditions prevents the piston from being able to move through the maximum extension allowed, so that the system cannot be destroyed reliably.
[007] Advantageously, the thread connection consists of a thread made in the guide sleeve, to which a thrust nut is threaded. An abutment of this type is simple to be carried out during the assembly of the slave cylinder, and the abutment nut is provided as a proper abutment for the piston. In case of misuse, then the piston comes into contact with the thrust nut when exceeding the maximum extension, as a result of which the hydraulic liquid is prevented from escaping, since passage over the outer wall of the cylinder housing is reliably prevented by the piston with the aid of the backrest, so the pressure chamber is always sealed.
[008] In an execution between the thrust nut and the thread, a thread adhesive is placed. Through the use of this thread adhesive, the thrust nut is used at the same time as a transport safety and prevents the slave cylinder from being dismantled during transport from the manufacturer of the clutch actuating device to the receiver.
[009] Alternatively, the thrust nut is secured by a hot caulking in the guide sleeve, or by a lock due to shape with an elastic element in the guide sleeve. These actuation methods also prevent the thrust nut from twisting, which reliably eliminates vibrations that arise in the motor vehicle due to the thrust nut loosening.
[010] In one variant the thread is made on one side of the guide sleeve facing the piston. In this case, the thread serves as an external thread for the thrust nut.
[011] In one conformation the piston has a free cut on one side facing the guide sleeve, in which with maximum extension of the piston the thrust nut grips. This conformation leads to a space-saving slave cylinder execution, which is protected by a maximum extension.
[012] In another embodiment, the thread is made on one side of the guide sleeve, away from the piston. Therefore, the thread is made as an internal thread, into which the thrust nut is threaded. In the case of a space-saving variant of this type, the projection of the thrust nut, which wraps around the guide sleeve, at the same time uses it as a thrust for the piston with maximum extension.
[013] In an improvement, the flanks of the thread rise in the direction of plane force. By means of this constructive measure the axial force introduced by the piston is well introduced into the threaded connection, as a result of which a shearing of the thread steps is avoided, and the grip strength of the threaded connection is increased.
[014] Advantageously, the thrust nut and the thread are made of a synthetic material, or the thrust nut is made of metal. The manufacture of the thrust nut and the guide sleeve that supports the thread is conceivable in various material combinations, when the guide sleeve is made of a synthetic material, this sleeve can be manufactured in one piece with this nut, during execution of the cylinder housing. In this way the manufacturing steps are reduced, and the cost expenditure is reduced.
[015] The invention allows for numerous forms of execution. Two of them must be clarified in more detail with the help of the figures represented in the drawings.

[020] In figure 1 is represented a first example of execution of the slave cylinder 1, which is used in a double clutch gear. In this case, the slave cylinder 1 consists of a cylinder housing 2 made of synthetic material, which has an annular pressure chamber 3, in which an axially movable piston 4 is supported. Through a connection pipe of the cylinder housing 2 not shown in more detail, the hydraulic liquid manages to reach the pressure chamber 3 and leads to the actuation of the piston 4 and, therefore, to the actuation of a release bearing 6.
[021] A preload spring 7, which is pre-tensioned against the release bearing 6, presses against the cylinder housing 2 in the area of an attachment 5 of the slave cylinder. For the formation of the pressure chamber 3, the cylinder housing 2 has an outer wall 8 and an inner wall known as the guide sleeve 9. An outer thread 10 is formed on the guide sleeve 9 to which a thrust nut 11 is threaded. The thrust nut 11 grips with maximum extension the piston 4 in a free cut 12 of the piston 4, whereby the piston 4 is prevented in another axial movement. The free cut 12 can preferably be reinforced by material changes or it can be carried out by splitting the components into two parts, the force being applied to the thrust nut 11 using highly resistant components.
[022] Between the thrust nut 11 and the external thread 10 there is a thread adhesive 13, which prevents the thrust nut 11 from coming loose from the external thread 10 during the transport of the clutch actuating device, from the manufacturer to the recipient. The thrust nut 11 therefore serves at the same time as a transport security.
[023] In figure 2 is represented a second example of execution of the slave cylinder 1, which differs from the first example of execution only due to the conformation of the thrust nut and the thread. The thread is now made as internal thread 14 in guide sleeve 9, to which thrust nut 15 is threaded. The abutment nut 15 has a projection 16, which grips the end of the guide sleeve 9, and serves as a stop for the maximum extension of the piston 4. Also in this case, it is advantageous to glue the internal thread 14 with the abutment nut 15. in order to obtain a rotation security for the thrust nut 15.
[024] Alternatively, for the introduction of the thread adhesive, a hot caulking of the internal thread 14 is possible by means of two additional pins, not shown in more detail, pointing in the direction of the release bearing 6. Next to the possibilities Having been clarified, a rotational security of the thrust nut 15 is also ensured by laser welding, by means of which the thrust nut 15 is reliably connected with the guide sleeve 9, and can no longer perform a rotation. These alternative rotational safeguards also apply to the thrust nut 11 and the external thread 10 shown in connection with FIG. due to the material.
